Honestly informing you that I loved sprinting.It is a good exercise.Most of the people wanna do it as they know it is best cardio exercise and also a reason it is very familiar.But as a novice this will not bring about anything auspicious for you.It has a great risk of being injured.Yes it is a great exercise for losing weight as well as improving cardio vascular activity.But it takes too much time to gain this convenience for whom wishing instant benefit

Running or sprinting causes some injuries.Among them some most common injuries are listed below

6. Temperature-related injuries. These include:

No risk of Injury:

In skipping you can not go fast until you learn it exhaustively in slow motion.We have to wait for learning it properly to move on fast stage.So there is no chance of injury.It trains us from beginning stage before going advance stage.But think about running ,there is no bound of running fast as a beginner and running fast lead to great injury sometimes because most of the novice cannot restrain there body during this workout.

Jumping rope is a beauty because you need not look for a big space to perform it.It does't require a gym.You can do this workout at any place as you like.
